At Sugar Tape Recordings, we operate a sustainable underground production model. Each piece is printed exclusively to order (Printed on Demand) once your purchase is confirmed.

  • Returns: Because every item is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer sizing errors.

  • Damages and Issues: If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days with a photo of the issue at contact@sugartaperecordings.com. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
